White Wine

White wine is produced mainly from green or yellow grapes and among the many types of white wine, dry white wine is the most common. When matched with food, white wines are often used as an Apéritif during the meal, with dessert, or as a refreshing drink between meals. It is more refreshing, and lighter than the majority of red wines and can, as a result, be paired with most dishes – although most commonly with fish and white meats.

What makes white wine so popular is its diversity and ability to produce something for everyone. Be it a special vintage, aged to perfection and to only be served at a special occasion with a fine meal, or an affordable bottle for drinking in the sunshine!
