White Wine

White wine is produced mainly from green or yellow grapes and among the many types, dry is the most common. White wines are excellent for matching with food from all over the world matching many different tastes and palates. White wine is also often used as an Apéritif during the meal, with dessert, or as a refreshing drink between meals. It is more refreshing, and lighter than the majority of red wines and can, as a result, be paired with most dishes – although most commonly with fish and white meats.

One of the key things that make White Wine so popular and liked by such a variety of people, is its diversity and ability to produce something for everyone. Whether it be a certain vintage, aged to perfection and to only be served at a special occasion with a fine meal, or an affordable, light, refreshing bottle for drinking in the sunshine!
