Saint Clair Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough is a full, crisp, wine showing intense flavours of passion fruit and herbaceous notes over a creamy texture.

The grapes were pressed immediately after harvesting to minimise skin contact and juice deterioration. After settling, the juice from each batch was fermented using a variety of selected yeasts in 100% stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain the freshness and fruit flavours. Each batch was assessed for quality and only the best components were selected. Once blended, the resulting wine was then carefully prepared for bottling.

If you are looking for a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, you may have tried Cloud Bay, but we recommend this above and beyond!
