Usually harvested in late February and early March, at optimum grape ripeness, fermentation is then carried out in stainless steel tanks. The result is straw yellow in colour with green hues, the wine has aromas of citrus fruit and peach. The palate is young, fresh, fruity, with vibrant acidity and a delicate finish.
