This Fili Prosecco Millesimato is aged in steel containers at a controlled temperature and should be preserved for 18/20 months depending on the temperature and lighting of the place where it is stored.
Based in the Prosecco region of Veneto, Sacchetto is a hugely popular up and coming wine house, and this is one of their leading proseccos.
CLASSIFICATION: Prosecco DOC Brut, Vino Spumante di Qualità del Tipo Aromatico.
Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow in colour and an aroma typically strong of apple and grapefruit scents with wisteria and elderberry hints. Good-structure, pleasant mouth-feel, well-balanced and harmonious.
