The Fili Pinot Grigio Rosato Brut reflects the whole Veneto landscape; it tastes of the countryside and of the sea, it matches with the good food of Italy and is perfect for celebrating. An open character to be served chilled.
Fili Pinot Grigio Rosato Brut is not a Prosecco like the other wines in the Fili range, but it is a sparkling rose wine as it is made with 95% Pinot Grigio and 5% Merlot.
CLASSIFICATION: Pinot Grigio Brut Rosato – Vino Spumante.
Tasting Notes: A Pale pink with copper reflections colour and aromas of strong fruit with nuances of white flowers such as acacia and wisteria are clearly detectable. Full-bodied, smooth and balanced, dry and velvety.
