A fruity but serious Rosé showing bright berried fruit and fennel characters through to a crisp and lingering finish.

The colour was obtained through a short maceration of between four to 12 hours, according to the variety. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks with the temperature controlled at 18°C in order to extract the maximum aromas. After racking and filtration, the wine was immediately bottled at the Château.

Tasting Notes: Lovely pink colour with fresh red berry aromas of strawberry and raspberry, enhanced with delicate floral notes. This is a fruity but serious rosé, echoing the bright berried fruit flavours on the palate, through to a crisp and elegant finish.
