As per UK law, we are not permitted to sell alcohol or tobacco to anyone under the age of 18 or anyone who intends to supply alcohol or tobacco to someone under 18. By completing a sale through our website you are confirming that you are over 18 years old and do not intend to supply alcohol or tobacco to someone under 18 years old.
We use a UK-based courier to collect and deliver your orders. In most cases, your order will be dispatched the next day and arrive within 2 working days. We cannot, however, guarantee this delivery time, so please allow up to 5 working days for the completion of delivery. If we expect a delay we will contact you.
We will deliver to anywhere in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles). Our standard delivery charge varies depending on your postcode. For more information, please contact us.
We use a national parcel delivery service that provides insurance for lost packages but will occasionally hand deliver orders where available.
If your order arrives damaged, you should contact us as soon as possible. We will refund you the cost of the damaged items or arrange to send you a replacement.
Free delivery is only available for deliveries within the UK mainland (excluding Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Highlands, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) and for customers ordering at least 12 bottles of wine in multiples of 6. This is due to the nature of our packaging and the charges from our parcel delivery service.
We can also provide free local delivery to selected postcodes within 5 miles of the shop (HD5). This option will be available at the checkout if you are eligible.
All prices are subject to change and include VAT at the given rate. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and PayPal. We use encryption and security to process your payments so all details are safe and secure. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and this is the only currency we accept.
Any offers that are indicated on the website online only unless otherwise stated. Offers are subject to being removed at any time and limited to available stock quantities. The management decision is final on all offer disagreements.
All items listed on our website are brand new, unopened and in date stock. We are a verified UK wholesaler (Reg: AWRS/URN XZAW00000103932) and all products have UK customs duty paid. We will not send any damaged or counterfeit products.
If you would like to cancel or return your order please contact us as soon as possible, you have 7 days from receipt of goods to express your desire to return the item. If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse to accept delivery from the driver and your order will be returned to us where will then issue a refund. If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return it and we will issue a full refund on receipt of the goods. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and send some proof. We will then send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.
