We use a UK based courier to collect and deliver your orders. In most cases, your order will be dispatched next day and arrive within 2 working days. We cannot, however, guarantee this delivery time, so please allow up to 5 working days for the completion of delivery. We will deliver to anywhere in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles). If your order arrives damaged, you should contact us as soon as possible. We will refund you the cost of the damaged items or arrange to send you a replacement.

If you would like to cancel or return your order please contact us as soon as possible, you have 7 days from receipt of goods to express your desire to return the item. If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse to accept delivery from the driver and your order will be returned to us where will then issue a refund. If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return it and we will issue a full refund on receipt of the goods. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and send some proof. We will then send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.
