Release in May 2019, Forged Gin Rhubarb and Ginger is made with real Yorkshire Rhubarb and fresh ginger, making it totally natural and organic like the other Forged Gins.
The Rhubarb is forced in dark barns across a small patch of West Yorkshire. This is the rhubarb triangle, a nine-square-mile area between Wakefield, Morley and Rothwell. Fuchsia-pink forced rhubarb is prized for its subtle flavour and is harvested by candlelight. The heritage in the Rhubarb triangle makes for a special Gin.

Rhubarb adds a tart yet sweet crisp edge whilst the ginger dances on the palate and creates lasting warmth.
