Il Pumo Sauvignon Malvasia San Marzano is full flavour of peach with a hint of ginger and tropical orange zest, ripe flavours from the South of Italy.
A cryomaceration took place in the pressing machine for six to eight hours, followed by soft pressing of the grapes. A cold static decantation and alcoholic fermentation took place at controlled temperatures of approximately 11°C, which retained both the freshness and fruity aromas of the grapes. The wine was aged in stainless steel, to preserve these fruit-forward characteristics.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of peach combine with a hint tropical orange zest. This lively, fresh white blend is bursting with ripe flavours from the South of Italy.
