Gris Blanc Gérard Bertrand


A wonderfully pure, fresh flavoured wine with vibrant crystalline fruits and a dry, zesty finish.

A manual harvest was followed immediately by a soft pressing. The must was transferred under a protective carbonic gas atmosphere, prior to fermentation. Fermentation then took place at low temperatures, of between 15° to 18°C, in stainless steel vats. The wine was matured on the fine lees for several weeks with weekly pumpovers, adding complexity and texture to the final wine.

Available in standard 75 cl and 150 cl Magnum bottle.


The palest of salmon pinks, this is a wonderfully pure, fresh flavoured wine, with vibrant fruit aromatics. The fruity characters are echoed on the palate, which has a lovely minerality and a zesty finish.

Serve chilled as an apéritif, or the perfect accompaniment to Mediterranean salads, grilled fish and Thai green curry.
