The grapes for the Valdemoro Merlot are usually harvested in mid-March, at their optimum ripeness creating a merlot that is coloured ruby red with dark violet hints.
Valdemoro Merlot has aromas of ripe black fruit, cherry and mulberry. The palate is young, fruity, smooth and medium bodied.
