Finca Bacara White Skulls has grapes hand-picked from the best plots of vines to express the taste of the grapes in their most optimal way. Manual harvesting. Maceration and fermentation were carried out at a controlled temperature, never exceeding 26°C, and with skin contact in stainless tanks lasted for 15/25 days.
