Saint Clair Noble Riesling


For the Saint Clair Riesling, the fruit is specially selected from an Awatere vineyard and is left to hang on the vine to concentrate the flavours and natural sugars.

The Botrytised (noble rot that reduces the water and increases the sugar) Riesling grapes were hand harvested late in the season and crafted into a deliciously complex dessert wine.

The bouquet has intense aromas of marmalade and apricot laced with sweet spices a luscious palate delivers ripe nashi pear, dried apricot and crystallised ginger, with a lingering finish.
