This Fili Prosecco Millesimato is aged in steel containers at a controlled temperature and should be preserved for 18/20 months depending on the temperature and lighting of the place where it is stored.
Based in the Prosecco region of Veneto, Sacchetto is a hugely popular up and coming wine house, and this is one of their leading proseccos.

Pale straw yellow in colour and an aroma typically strong of apple and grapefruit scents with wisteria and elderberry hints. Good-structure, pleasant mouth-feel, well-balanced and harmonious.
Excellent as an aperitif and with cheese and fish. Or with risotto and pasta and delicate dishes.
